Before we arrive to your house, please remove everything outside that close to the house, you don't want to get wet. And please watch your step for 24 hour, because the floor will be wet after we done wash your house.

Cancellation Policy

You can find us with the name Delva Home Services on Facebook and Instagram. FOR CANCELLATION: please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. FOR EXTERIOR CLEANING SERVICES: please close all windows. Remove anything you don't want to get wet outside or cover it with a bag so it doesn't get wet. we are not responsible for the thing that got wet outside. And please watch your steps while we clean your house, and for 24 hours after we leave your house as the floor could get wet. We are not responsible for slips and falls. We use water for all cleaning, we use water from the customer's house. FOR INTERIOR CLEANING: please remove anything on the floor that you want us to clean under, if you don't remove something on the floor, we will think you don't want us to clean where the item at. If it is a small item, we might remove it for you, and clean under it. please watch your steps as we clean your house for 24 hours, and after we leave your house as the floor could get wet. We are not responsible for slips and falls. Everything we clean should be dry between 5 and 8 hours. WARNING: the customer acknowledges being informed and understands that the carpet is wet during and after cleaning, that care must be taken to walk on surfaces other than carpet to avoid slipping, and hereby releases Delva Home Services from any liability for injuries that might be as a result. Carpets that are loose at seams or along concrete walls or floors, or that have been improperly or defective installed, are cleaned at the customer's risk. by receiving this email and still want Delva Home Services to clean your accommodation, you agree to our terms and conditions, and hereby release Delva Home Services from any liability for any injuries that may result.
